Instructions:

Submit five images, one of which will be
featured on your page, the other four will be "thumbnailed,"
with links to another page (see samples above). For each image, submit a very short
description. The main image should be of you. The others can be
your art, performance, etc. We reserve the right to alter the
image for space, contract, etc. We will not accept images that
are pornographic in nature.

Submit information about yourself and your
talent. We suggest a brief bio, summary of your experience, and
what you want to do (get a dance contract, sell paintings,
etc.). Maximum word count about 75. We reserve the right to edit for
content, grammar, punctuation, spelling, and space.

Submit your contact information, ie phone
number(s), email, and Web site address (if you have one).

Send payment to Pacific Talent Network.
We accept checks, money orders (see mailing address below) or
credit card payments through
PayPal to
