Julie Starr artist A "virtual" Oregonian, Julie transplanted from California to Oregon in 1974. After receiving a BA from Linfield College in Art and Psychology, she devoted the following years to parenting her three children. With a variety of continuing experiences, Julie has innumerable sources of inspiration. Prefered mediums are acrylics, watercolors, and mixed media.
